Should I feel ashamed to use a wheelchair or mobility scooter?

Owning a wheelchair or mobility scooter isn’t something that anyone should feel ashamed of, in fact, quite the opposite. Having a wheelchair means that you are able to have your independence back and enjoy some of the freedoms you may have once had, or even enjoy a new lease of life be able to get around and do things that had perhaps become hard. In this day and age, wheelchairs and especially electric wheelchairs like our easy fold light are so convenient to own, quiet to fold down and light enough to lift that the very burden of having to use a wheelchair has dramatically decreased.
