working day i.e. second working day from order.

Returns
If you have changed your mind about your MobilityAhead purchase you have 14 days to return
unused products still in their original packaging for a full refund. Please hang on to the packaging
until you're sure you're happy with your product - returns are much easier if you've still got the
boxes and bags it came in. If the product(s) are not returned in their original condition with all
necessary packaging, we reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement of any product(s) or
packaging.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on product(s) that have been specially adapted to suit your
requirements, or for products that can void Health & Safety regulations if used e.g. incontinence,
bathroom or toilet products. A refund can only be given if the product(s) arrives faulty, damaged or
incorrect.

own return but due to the value, size and weight of the product we strongly recommend you book
the return through our courier partner on our website. You are responsible for covering the cost of

Warranty
We offer 12-month warranty, including parts and labour cover, with all of our products.
Your warranty period commences on the recorded date of delivery to your address.
Every warranty is activated electronically, so there is no need to complete any paperwork.
Should you face a problem with your item, contact a member of our team and we will endeavour to
diagnose the issue promptly.
In some more complex instances, we may require an image or video where possible.
Our manufacturer warranty is non-transferable and is only registered to the original purchaser. Our
warranty excludes any general wear and tear, or misuse of your product.
